The support service covers all potential issues related to the operation of the WeakRisk Sport Solutions software.<\/p>\n

The Pro version includes Premium Support. For other versions, support requests must be sent exclusively to the email address: info@weakrisk.com, including one or more screenshots of the issue and a brief description to help the technical team understand the problem.<\/p>\n

The support service does not include user training, which is offered through a dedicated Training Service.<\/p>\n

SLA \/Timing times:<\/p>\n

Response time on working days: within 24 hours<\/p>\n

Response time on weekends and holidays: within 48 hours<\/p>\n

Resolution time: as quickly as possible<\/p>\n

For users who have not subscribed to the Pro license but wish to have priority access and direct contact, it is possible to purchase a Premium Support package.<\/p>\n

This service includes a 10-hour flat-rate package, which allows the company\u2014specifically the designated contact person\u2014to have telephone access through a dedicated number.<\/p>\n

This package covers any kind of need (support, training, general inquiries) by contacting the assigned WeakRisk representative, available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT+1).<\/p>\n
